The mission of St. Joseph Dental College, Eluru, is to prepare students for a career in Dentistry. Through the training of dedicated generalized dental personnel as well as post-graduates specialized in their respective fields, the college aims at making an effective contribution to dental education, research and oral health care needs of the country in general and the community in particular, especially the underserved.

The institution’s approach to this mission is to:

Through these activities, which are described in detail throughout this booklet, each students who successfully completes the programme will acquire the basic knowledge, skills and judgment to competently practice dentistry.
