Functions Of IQAC

  • Developing and implementing benchmarks and standards for academic and administrative activities within the institution.
  • Creating a learner-centered environment that promotes quality education, and supporting faculty development to integrate necessary knowledge and technology for effective teaching and learning.
  • Establishing mechanisms to gather feedback from students, parents, and other stakeholders regarding the institution’s quality processes.
  • Sharing information about various quality standards in higher education.
  • Planning and conducting workshops and seminars within and across institutions on themes related to quality, and fostering quality improvement through forums such as quality circles.
  • Documenting programs and activities aimed at enhancing quality.
  • Serving as the central body within the institution for coordinating activities related to quality, including adopting and disseminating best practices.
  • Developing and maintaining an institutional database through Management Information Systems (MIS) to support ongoing enhancement of institutional quality.
  •  Cultivating a culture of quality throughout the institution.
