The Department of Oral & Maxillofacial Pathology celebrated Oral Pathologists Day with a series of events from February 20th 2025 to February 25th 2025.
The event commenced with a Fruit & Vegetable Carving Competition on February 20,2025, themed “Edible Analogies: Dentistry with Fruits and Vegetables”. This was followed bye-Poster presentations on Legitimate Dentist matched against Dental Quackon February 21,2025.
On February 24, 2025, a Guest Lecture on Human Values Development conducted for first-year BDS students.
The main celebration on February 25, 2025, was divided into two sessions. The morning session featured an Oral Cancer Awareness Program at Komuru Village, while the afternoon session included cake-cutting, prize distribution, and the unveiling ceremony of a Penta-head Microscope in the Postgraduate Lab.
