1. The Library users should carry their ID card, while they are inside the library.
2. Strict silence is to be observed in the Library
3. While entering the Library, users should leave their belongings in the shelves provided
4. Entry / Exit must be noted in the Biometric/ software kept in the Library entrance
5. Reprographic facility available in the Library
6. Students should return the book in the counter after reading.
7. Reference books and Journals should not be issued to any body
8. Member should return the borrowed book on or before due date, a fine of Rs. 5 will be imposed per day after the due date.
9. Any member violating the Library Rules and Regulation will forfeit their privilege to utilize the library facility for ever.
10. Borrower cards are not transferable
11. 24 Reading room is to be used only for studying own books without entering into the main library
12. Mobile phone usage strictly prohibited in the library and user should keep them in switch off / Silent mode.

13. The Chief Librarian is the authority for the library like any other Head of the Department.

14 The purpose of internet in the library is for reference work. Computers are for educational purposes only. Accessing unauthorized sites, playing games, chatting etc is strictly prohibited.
15. The certificate for best reader award will be given 4 students in every year.
